Getting started & billing cycles

After signing up, we’ll reach out to you to talk through some more details, sign some paperwork and ideally schedule a visit to your office to meet up and answer questions. Billing is done at the beginning of each cycle based on the number of users you have signed up.

To start off, you’ll only have one user account so your first bill would be $49 plus tax.

After that you can invite as many users as you like. At the beginning of each billing cycle, you’ll be charged based on the number of active users you have at that time.

How many jobs and orders can I place per month?

As many as you possibly can! There’s no charge for jobs or orders, just the simple user-based monthly rate.

How much does it cost to sign up?

At sign up you’ll be charged for 1 user account at $49 plus tax. There are no additional sign up charges other than that. After that, you'll be charged based on the number of active users accounts you have at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Is billing done at the beginning or the end of the month?

You’ll be billed at the beginning of the month based on how many users are signed up. Therefore, your very first bill will be for our lowest tier: 1 user account for $49 plus tax. At the beginning of each of the following billing cycles you’ll be billed based on how many users you have signed up at that time.

How many user accounts do I need?

If you have a big team, you may not need QwikSupply accounts for everyone. You only need accounts for team members who need to request material, track shipments or review quotes.

At minimum, your project managers and foreman should have QwikSupply accounts, along with anyone who may be in charge of accounts payable. These accounts are tied to the requests, shipments and orders in the system so you know who to talk to about what. With QwikSupply, users can have any or all roles granted to them. One person can share a few responsibilities or you can spread them out to fit how you organization operates. How will I be billed?

If you set up a credit card, you’ll be billed automatically each month with no hassle. We recommend this approach. However, if you do not have or do not wish to use a company credit card, we can send you a monthly invoice.
